Hello, I read here that it is fine to start train 3 times a week? On a other website I readed, I should just train every 4 days? I am a bit confused, I am a beginner what would be the optimum training frequency?
Hey DoggiDreams! Strange I tried answering this earlier but it's not visible. So yeah 3 times a week is fine, you can do it every day, every other day, once a week, whatever your tolerance. I err on the side of caution since we don't quite understand all the mechanisms of this, so do 3, 10-minute sessions (30 min total), 3 times per week, but I've not seen any issues with doing it all the time. At first you are likely to experience fatigue and even small headaches after doing the breathing & attention exercises for these sustained periods, but that fades as you get used to it.
Yeah do a 30 min session and take breaks every 10 min. The score doesn't matter so much as long as it seems like it's not fluctuating chaotically, you just want to try to raise it as much as possible. This can vary based on sensor placement so it's not a super objective metric, just helps you know how you're doing during the session
