Hi, I mostly use the circle as feedback method. But sometimes it is big and sometimes it is small while the score is nearly the same. How do you interpret/control the feedback?

I'd also suggest checking out this clip of someone wearing a full head device to understand what is really happening:
With the single sensor HEG you can influence the trends and you can influence blood pressure pretty easily in the target location by employing the breathing and mindful exercises, you kind of have to feel it out. With multisensor sets you could learn to influence entire regions e.g. like motorimagery.
