So I just got my headband, but my score is consistently in the -10 to -12 range with a relatively low ratio (around 1). Is this something I should be worried about? Is there a possibility that I have a low flow of blood on around my brain?

Hey Brandon, the ratio around 1 is normal. The score is based on the relative change of the ratio at the beginning of the session so just click reset in the Data menu if it starts out weird. The score just helps you see the responsiveness in the ratio more. What you want to worry about is if you see a ton of fluctuation in the ratio as that will mean the headband needs to be adjusted or the power source is interrupting the signal (meaning use a battery or laptop on battery)
